Founder/Executive Director

Oversees program planning, implementation, and evaluation
Builds partnerships with NGOs, schools, communities, and donors
Represents the foundation at events, conferences, and media engagements
Supervises team members, volunteers, and field officers
Ensures financial accountability and reporting integrity
Drives advocacy and community sensitization initiatives

Akorede Zainab

Program & Outreach Manager

Develops written, visual, and story-based content aligned with the foundation’s mission
Prepares scripts, captions, storytelling posts, and advocacy messages
Creates content for campaigns on education, child protection, empowerment, and reintegration
Collaborates with the communications manager for smooth posting
Ensures all content is factual, compassionate, and impact-driven

Finance & Administrative Officer

Communications / Social Media Manager

Creates and manages all social media platforms
Engages community members and shares updates regularly
Publishes approved content from the content creator
Manages online campaigns, storytelling, and awareness drives
Responds to inquiries and messages across platforms
Ensures visibility for programs, donors, and partners
Monitors social media metrics and provides monthly reports

Volunteers

Support logistics, distributions, and outreach activities
Assist in organizing empowerment or training sessions
Help with school visits, orphanage support, or prison programs
Provide photography, videography, or field documentation
Offer specialized skills (e.g., teaching, mentoring, counselling) when needed
